Welcome to Culturategic, my personal blog on leading, managing, and teamwork from a cross-cultural, “Third Culture” perspective. I’m Peter Lee, the owner and author of this blog. I work in the intercultural education and training field as a consultant. I’m the founder and director of Culturelink International, an intercultural learning company based in Rabat, Morocco.

I had been an engineer once, and while on the job I got exposed to a variety of cultures and people through business trips and project assignments. I’m also a 1.5 generation immigrant to the United States with a firsthand experience in cross-cultural and language adaptation and its challenges. These experiences weren’t easy, but they helped set my intercultural foundation, and coupled with my international, corporate and non-profit experiences give me an edge as an intercultural trainer and consultant.

I feel most comfortable in the cross-cultural, multi-cultural setting where a diverse group of people are working together across cultural and language barriers. I currently live in Morocco, my fourth country of residence, with my wife and three children.
